Did they change the way poisoned shurikens work? I am 120 ninja and my shuriken are deadly poisoned but every time they hit, they only poison my target. What is going on?

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, BUT poisoning skill affects it now with new publish.. (from what I've read on other threads)
