General Doom - Skinned Goat spawns unreachable

The Skinned Goat artifact sometimes spawns in a corner, in which it cannot be stolen, since the thief has to stand one tile from the item to steal it and can not steal from the other side of the fence.
Therefore a GM has to move it, which is for sure some tedious task blocking more important support issues.

I have been able to steal this before, but you have to either teleport or shadow jump around to the perfect spot. I agree it is very tedious and needs to be fixed.
