Does Origin Access give you discounts

Does Origin Access give you discounts on UO Gametime Codes or other UO purchases? Can anyone verify this? I want to make sure because UO items on the Origin store never seem to enjoy discounts when they hold sales. It wouldn't surprise me if they are left off the Origin Access promotion.

Personally, I doubt it. I think I'd have a better chance of the Nigerian Prince letter being real.
