Does damage eater round up?

If I have 15 damage eater on, and get hit for 24 damage (15% of 24 = 3.6), will the 3.6 round up to 4 damage healed?

No thats what resist on armor is for

I believe UO rounds everything down not up.

So anything less than 4.0 is 3, even if its 3.99

It's not that it rounds up or down, but in general takes the absolute value. Any decimals are usually dropped.

Do 24 pts of dmg to urself on a gargoyle with no hp regen, when it heals u should be able to distinguish if it was a 3 or 4.
