Do pallys need LRC gear??

I have been reading this page for 15 minutes to get tips for my new guy and my first question is what does LRC stuff do for a Paladin?

Yup - correct. LRC would decrease the need for tithing. And concentrating on the other mods is a better way to go IMO.
