Do GM's get weekends off?

Just wondering since I've paged 3 times today because I need a GM to remove a Decorative Shield from my house wall.

Am I wasting my time, because I get no updates and even after several hours no one shows up.

Related to the power cuts maybe? Customer service was effected as UO.com says.

Logged into Atlantic to get an update on a different server issue and got a GM reply message within ... mmm.. 10 minutes or so (this was about an hour ago). Maybe just busy after the problems they've had?

Figures, I finally decide to ask and of course 5 minutes later a man in a red robe comes to save the day.
