Do Elfs head art ever change?

I've noticed with multiple items I've put on my elf it never changes the art of it. Does it only change with elf specific head pieces I guess? I'm not sure because this is my first one and i just recently came back. Thanks!

Nope.

You can put a bears head, a deers head, or even the biggest platemail helmet you can find, but in the end you always end up wearing a tiara.

in KR it changes, also in 2d there is some headgear that does not get switched into a circlet...but not many

there is 3 (maybe more haven't checked) types of elf helmet art, the circlet (like a tiara, most end up like this), a helmet type one and a winged variety of the helmet

Ah, the lovely bicycle helmet art. I wish it would turn into a tiara as well...

There are three different elven helm types (discounting the arti variants) carpenters can make. Add to that the Helm of Swiftness, the glasses, and the ever "popular" tiara, and that's six.

Assuming there aren't varients of the tiara, which there may well be.
