Directions to Serpentine Passage...

I am not sure where to ask this....

How do I get to Serpentine Passage?? I am an old player back in the game and am drawing a complete blank.

Go to Honesty moongate, head to Mistas, there's a passage at the far side of the town.

I thought it was blocked off due to some event. I even tried the back way in through the dungeon. I cannot remember if it was on the Chessy shard or Atlantic shard. Has it become accessible again?

Blackthorns Castle and Exodus Dungeon are blocked off. Serp Dragon lair was not blocked off that I know of.
