A picture would help determine rarity, but I don't think they will be rare. Sounds as if they are dyed which is possible when they are made out of oak or higher. Post a picture, there is a chance if they were slime dyed that they might be worth something to someone if they can't get the color matched with tokuno dyes or the new natural dyes. I personally sell 2 colored arrows as a novelty decor item on Atlantic for 10k.
