Selling Armor Dexer Shield #No negative Artifact# 15%DE, SC SSI SI DEX

This is either very good or complete crap. Ive never used a shield on a dexer that doesnt need FC on it so im note sure if this item is any good or not but here goes.

So is it an item for the trash can or is this sellable?

ill toss 2m at it.. not sure if its better then the one i use im at work and can't remember.

I'd say sellable... try luna vendor for more than 5m.. but I may be wrong
