DEVS: Several things pub 58 is worse than pub 57

1. We need to constantly cast reactive armor and magic reflection over and over again despise dying or not

2. The champ spawn altar is screwed up.


Please correct the above issues.

1. That was an announced change: live with it (or in my case, die from it - I keep forgetting to recast protection on my tamer).
