I think he means old house deeds.

Considering they can't be xsharded, the shard is also important. So while on some shards these might be worth next to nothing, on some they can be worth a lot .

3-5 mill per except the castle Keep and Tower...those would be very negotiable and profitable...why could you not be on GL! Very nice find

I have a full set on catskills, was a real lucky find. The person I got them from was asking like 50 mill for the castle deed alone and like 5 per on the others. I ended up buying the whole set from him for around 30 mill when he desided to quit a few months ago. If I recall right I think the deal was 10 on the castle and 5 per on the keep and large tower and 2 per on the rest.

That might be a little high to some but I really wanted the set bad being I already had the large smith shop deed that is by far the rarest one being it stoped spawning years befor the others did.

Forgot to add be very careful with how you handle them!! if you place them in your bank box or log out with them in your pack the can turn into house placement tools. there safe to be locked down or placed in a secure contaner. And as stated above by someone else dont try to xshard them.

I think the best way to do this is using an auction so here are the rules:
1.- Send me the offers using PMs. When I read them I will put an updated state of the highest bid on each item.
2.- The Auction will end on Friday.
3.- I had put the prices I expect. Perhaps high or perhaps low, it's a reference. Send me you offers!
4.- If I think bids aren't high enough on Friday, I reserve the right to last it for another week or selling only some of them.
5.- If something it's not clear, tell me to explain it! English isn't my native language...
