The tag on this item reads 'Deed To A Guildstone' is this a rare?

I'm assuming with the new (last couple years) feature of building from paper dolls it is something no long available.. But I will let an expert chime in

It is rare, but if it doesn't have a guild name attached to it, it is just is the deed. I've seen them (when folks aren't trying to pass them off as being able to make a guildstone), roughly in the 500-750k range. "A Guild Deed" which was used to create a guild itself before the paperdoll option goes for less at around 100-300k - it is also a rare deed.

Well, Assia just explained that it is indeed impossible to create new guildstones
