Deco tools/elven reading chair

Not sure where to ask this question.

Is it possible to make the elven chairs turn in four directions rather than two? I know this will take a change by the powers that be, but I think that chair is the coolest in the game, and would be nice to make it easier to place.

Hopefully someone can tell me where this should go in order to get an answer.
