New feature at the Yew Community Center -
WEEKLY ITEM AUCTION

Each week an item from the stores of the YCC will be put on Auction for the entire shard to participate utilizing the new Auction Safe.
Opening Bids will be VERY LOW compared to Fair Market Value.

Can be turned with the deco-tool and used to generate food stuffs for your holiday feasts! Also a chance at a live turkey to tame, hunt, or just let loose.

We want to know what you think, what we can do to improve for new & returning players,
and what ever else you wanna say.

The castle is undergoing renovations, so periodically wings and portions might be closed off,
this is for your safey! Construction can be a mess sometimes.

Auction Guidelines

To access the auction, you must touch (double click) the Safe itself.
If you are in doubt as to how this type of auction runs,
click the "Information" arrow for official instructions in the game.
Here is a simplified rundown as experienced by myself & some helpers.​

1. You MUST have the gold available to bid within your bank account. The gold will be automatically withdrawn when you place your bid.​
2. Place your MAXIMUM AMOUNT you want to pay - the system will automatically up to the highest bidder's amount.​
3. You can view the history of the auction. You will NOT see your competition's name or their max bid amount. You will see the current highest bid amount with the date & time it was placed.
4. When you bid, you will only "bump" the current winning bid IF you beat their Max Bid Amount.
5. If your Max Bid Amount is beat, your gold will be automatically refunded to your account, and the new high bidder's money will be taken into the auction. You will be notified by the game.​
6. At the end of the auction, the HIGHEST BIDDER'S gold will be transferred to the YCC Proprietor's bank account.​
7. The winner will be notified by the game and will have 3 days to claim their item.​
8. When the winner claims the item, any difference from the actual winning bid amount and the maximum bid will be automatically transferred to your available bank account.​
9. If the winner does not claim the item, you will NOT get a refund. The YCC will consider the funds a donation, and will relist the item.​
10. If there are no bids for an item, it will be put into the Community Chest for Friends of the YCC to utilize and a new item will be set to auction.​
