For those who don't know, 0 Rubble items being for sale = Dead Shard, Rubble is a popular decoration rare, it's so popular it can be seen as a commodity, for those planning on getting a Yamato token shield or transferring to Legends, please be aware those shards are dead and/or dying. The numbers speak for themselves. I would use this as a framework if I worked for EA/Broadsword/or whatever game company is in charge of UO at the time of writing this as it changes frequently. As a framework to merge the shards.

The rubble system is mostly accurate, but still flawed. Most of the rubble on the dead shards was moved to Atlantic a long time ago anyways, so of course there's none left for sale on the shard.

For example, Drachenfels and Origin are definetely low population, but not quite dead yet.

The asian shards are definetely not dead as well, they look dead to most people, but that's just because most don't know where to look, they walk into luna see no one, and leave. Alot of the asian shards are heavily pvp focused and spend most of their time in fel. Also, the asian shard players don't sell things nearly as much as other shards, so they might have all just kept their rubble.

Btw the devs have said like 50+ times they are never going to merge the shards.

Try using the search that is in the game instead of the website. Lots of rubble on the asian shards. Luna isn't a good indicator in my opinion, especially with the in-game search evening most of the traffic out.
