I'd estimate about 5-8m, but it might go higher. In my experience, fancy dresses aren't popular wearable rares because they cover up a lot of other clothing slots.

Sold one a year or two ago on Atlantic for 5m, Assia's PC sounds about right Of course if it was a plain dress I would pay mad dollaz for it
