It was a new player item for doing the ninja character quest in Zento, you obtained it by quitting the quest before turning it in. Since the quest is now in Haven it can no longer be obtained, and is a ‘newbie’ weapon (acts if blessed). A “note from Zoel” deed was obtained the same way. They are still some what common and ive seen them sell 250k to 1 mill.
