Cyrillic symbols in Enhanced Client

When I switch to Russian input layout and type than I see something like "ÿ ïå÷àòàþ ÷òî-òî".
It looks like my text that I type using UTF-8 font was converted to ANSI-1251 and then was read as ANSI 1252.
