Custom Content missing from inventory?

Yesterday I had 4 cc paintings approved - as soon as they were, they were also missing from my inventory. And not only that, but some pretty expensive cc statues are also missing. What is going on and will I be able to get it back???

It kinda makes me scared to buy anything - can't afford to lose money this way...
