His Majesty King Blackthorn congratulates the newly elected governors of Britannia. His Majesty looks forward to meeting with them, and all interested citizens, at the thirteenth meeting of the Council. It will be held in the Council Room at Castle Blackthorn on Saturday, June 21st, at 8:00 p.m. CDT, Council.

In consideration of the doubling of gubernatorial terms, Section #5 of the Primer has been updated to allow two large-scale requests per term.
Governors are also reminded of Section #3 of the Primer, which states that they serve at the pleasure of the King. If a governor fails to fulfill his or her duties, which include attending meetings, the King can and will replace that governor. His Majesty wishes to see each town represented at Council meetings. If a governor cannot attend a meeting, please contact one of the King’s secretaries.
