Make a new hotbar and put some potions on it. When you use the potion there's supposed to be a timer that comes up and greys the box out. This is not always the case, most of the time it does not grey the box out and there is no timer, which makes it rough to PVP like that cause you can look at your hot bar think you're ok to drink a health potion and not be able to. Isn't this supposed to work for smoke bombs too?
