Enhanced Client Constantly having to scroll chat window

The chat window will sometimes stop scrolling with live chat. What I mean is, I'll be running around and notice that my chat window scroll bar is half way, and I'm looking at chat that happened 5 minutes ago.

I'll scroll all the way down to get live chat again, couple minutes later same thing will happen. It's a small thing but it's highly annoying.
