Congealed Slug Acid?

I've got a few of these, and I thought I got em from acid slugs at the abyss entrance, but can't seem to get any more. Anyone know where these come from?

Probably from the acid spawn in the Abyss. Near the ruined city on the Underworld side.

I get them off of the acid slugs at the start of the abyss entrance. However, I have so many that I have not hunted for them in several weeks. I doubt that they have stopped dropping. The RNG probably just hates you.

They are not super-common, but yes acid slugs of either location drop them.
