I have 2 with different weights. One is 10 stones and another is eight. Any explanations for this discrepency?

Confused about Valkerie's Glaive

Do they both have the artifact tag? I know there are some that can be stolen from the Abyss and another that spawns as loot. The stolen one has artifact rarity 5. Maybe that's a reason for the different weights.
They both have artifact rarity 5 on them.
