If I place a new house when I already have one, how long do I have before the first house collapses? Is it possible to just deed it again before it collapses?

You can redeed the house before it falls. I would make sure that you take down and empty the house in 5 days. Just keep checking its status so that it doesn't collapse.

Thanks for the help. I don't have much play time so I was concerned the house would collapse before I could finish taking items out. =)
