Actually its a lot weaker in PvP now because it used to do weapon damage + 10 to 30 direct damage making it one of the hardest hitting special. Now it does weapon damage + 10 direct dmg and halves targets mana by half for a few second (it's NOT mana vamp. it's like mana drain which instantly replenishes as soon as the effect wears off)

The duration is also imo a bit too short to be useful.

Most archers just switched to the next most damaging special move, AI with dual proc. Crossbow was once the king of weapons (due to newb archer 2-3 hit kill) now very underused in PvP (since concussion blow is so weak now archers used to 2 hit kill people completely abandoned it) especially since regular bow can do mortal as well from 10 tiles away,

PvM it nullify slayer/eoo bonus damage so its **** in pvm.
