(Question) Complaint Department plse

I am living in lag hell becuse of the server re-routing sage, anyone have any ideas as to who I can complain to about the change that us hounding me. I mean the H..... going through Japan to get to an Australian server from New Zealand is just stupid.

I remember the whole of Europe struggling through a period during which Sprintlink thought it was a good idea to route traffic from Europe to UK via Washington DC. If I remember right it was a 'pairing' issue, whatever that means.

This has been passed on, and is being looked into. The problem lies with the fact that it's not your isp, or the server host, that thinks this is a good route, it's Alter.net.

I'm afraid I didn't do much other than pass it on to Mesanna, who passed it on to the right person her end. . Europe went through something similar some years ago when Sprintlink thought the best way from mainland Europe to UK was via Washington DC.

I have mqade another trace and Alt net doesn't appear on the list now but the result is still the same. It appears telstraglobal.net is doing the redirecting at hop 8.
