cold damage modifier

Hi all, is there a particular metal type that will have a greater chance of having more cold damage output in a weapon?

Shadow iron adds 20%...i believe thats it

 

[Basara]

Agapite adds 30% cold damage, and 20% energy. Cold is always applied before any other elemental damage type.

The order is

Cold
Energy
Fire
Poison
