code redeem fail?

I had recently purchased a Mythic Charater token from the UO store. Ive been back and forth with the uo support with no success.
when ever I enter the code I get the fail message.
We have gone step by step doing this along with getting a second code.
could there be something on my end that's preventing this?
its not so much that this code is important to me but for future expansion's like the High seas pack that im now hesitant in getting.
Ive turned off my fire wall and tried also.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just spoke to a GM in game. The format is wrong: it has to be 6-5-5-5-5
