(Question) City Trade Deal Question

Hi,
I have a question regarding the City Trade Deal (Guild of Assassins, 5% SSI). Currently this deal is active in Skara Brae. Will this trade deal be changed after some time or is there an agreement between the city governors to maintain it. I ask this because im thinking of building a new suit and have to know if i can count the ssi bonus in.

Whatever might be agreed, there is no guarantee that any trade deal will be permanent. After every election the trade deal can be maintained or changed. It is the way it has been set up.

Is there a city where guild of assassins, 5% ssi lasted for a long time so it probably won't change in the near future?

Minoc has had SSI forever and I don't plan on changing it We have citizens who reguarly use it
