Chars in a Black hole

Does anyone know who to contact about chars that won't log in completely. I have two chars that won't completely log in but they appear on screen to other players.
I have two chars from two different servers with the same problem.

the first step is to go into your client, and delete all associated files for those characters - most of the time, the cause is the graphics and screen layout settings for the specific character being FUBAR.

When you log back in, the game will recreate those files using default settings (like a new character).

If that doesn't help, call a GM on a different character, explain the situation, and if you can get them to come personally, watch you switch characters.
