Cernunnos is coming?

I was just at the EMs hall and spotted a new shield on the floor. It states that "Cernunnos will be here at 9pm Sunday." I am guessing he is coming the meet the players of Catskills, and that means 9pm EST.

Maybe he's our new floater EM since Annendora has been reassigned.
