??Cannot Patch??

for some reason i cannot patch, even after uninstall and re-install of the classic client found on the UO Hearld wed site.

i have tried to run as administrator and still nothing all i get is this stupid gump from windows that said this:

Patch Client has Stopped Working

A problem caused the progam to stop working correctly.
Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available
please help
