I just bought a bunch of game updates and one of them came with a bare willow tree. It doesn't fit in my lush garden and I'd like to sell it. Is this possible? Or is the deed tied to my character?

I dont think that one is tied to account or character so should be able to. I recommend letting a friend see if they can use it just to make sure

Not tied to your character. It's from the same token set as the maple and snow trees. All can be sold on vendors and used by others.
