For quite some time Elwood has been missing from Catskills.Whenever we ask and whoever we ask cannot answer!ORr worse we get no answer!
The most recent reply I received is this....
"Questions as to why something is or is not in the game can sadly not be answered. These are design choices made which we have no influence over or are involved in the discussions."
So the collectors Quest cannot be started without Elwood .Sadly yes ,But since he exists on ever other shard !I ask you WHY? I ask you who can fix this?
