[Ninjitsu] Can ninja parry with a shield in animal form?

This might sound stupid, but can Ninja`s parry with a shield in animal form? Just wondering becuase I thought in the past they couldn`t. Had an odd ball template in mind for PvM.

Matter of fact its possable to heal 1725 hit points in 60 seconds with bandages, & HPR armor I believe. Of course that would be getting maxium heals off of bandages.

Is the Talisman of Fey(Cu`shide) an 8 second autobandage? or doese Dex & Stamina effect its healing time?
