The Call to Arms in Jhelom on Atlantic is missing its NPCs. Also, a rune marked there simply reads "The City of Jhelom".

Actually, all of the armourer and blacksmith shops in Jhelom have the wrong names; the others just mark "an armourer in Jhelom" and "a blacksmith in Jhelom".
