Hit Chance Increase 10%-30%
Hit Lighting 40%+
Any other mods are a bonus. Seriously that is it. If it has velocity even better, but not needed. Doesn't need swing speed increase, doesn't need damage increase, doesn't need balanced just the two mods listed. Should be a fairly easy bow to find right? reply or pm what you have I'll check often.
