Just curious, if you are wanting the +15% HCI on the taskmaster mainly, it is possible to get +15% HCI on a crafted weapon with a shadow runic hammer. I know because I made +15% HCI and +15% DCI weapons with shadow runics on test center. I think the best I got with dull copper runic was 12%. It might be easier to ask a smith to burn a couple of hammers making warforks for you, and see what they get. (Note: 15% is max intensity on that property. HCI was a fairly common property that I got, but 11% to 13% was more typical. The 15% was far more rare.)

All hammers have the same max intensity. You are as likely to get 15% HCI with a valorite as you are to get 15 HCI with a shadow.

The only difference between the runic hammers now is the number of properties you can get, and the minimum intensity range.

Ah, thank you. I do not smith so never really paid attention to that. I guess it was just an RNG thing because I never saw a 15% intensity using a dull copper runic on test center, and I did far more trials with that one.

Ooh...they actually updated the runic charts on uo.com!
