There is a song woven mantle in Luna/Catskills for 100K. Usual price is anywhere from 200-500K, so I would say that is a good price on the item.

Best thing to do for the Axe is to find a smith who has the recipe (most GM+ smiths should by now) and ask them to make one. Average price for that should be about 25K or less. I don't have a smith on Cats, otherwise I would make one for you.
