Buying SC no-1, mage wep bow/xbow with HLD and/or HLA

buying any type of bow/xbow that would ideally have:

sc no-1
mage weapon (lower the better, but might accept as high as 29 if the other mods are good)
30+ HLD
30+ HLA

or

sc no-1
mage weapon (lower the better, but might accept as high as 29 if the other mods are good)
30+ HLD
30+ SSI

note: it does NOT need to have di. if you have anything close to this please pm!
