Try to find Adrian Monk in General Chat in game.. Im not sure if he has one but I know he does a lot of the fishing quests. So he might have one on hand to sell.. Its def a hard PS to find on Catskills..

I know I have done soooo many fishing quests to try to get one and I am getting annoyed, lol. Thanks Duncan!!!! I will try to find him in game and let him know to at least keep me in mind if he gets one.
