Bug with color reforged weapons

@Kyronix @Bleak please fix this bug - after reforged 100 % chaos damage weapon,he has no color. Previously, he had a purple color. Thanks.

I noticed it started doing this a few months ago at least! The purple was cool, def holding onto my older Chaos weps unless they fix this!

Please fix the hue for enhancing tinkered weapons such as hatchets with agapite or bronze while your at it. The hues does not change upon successful enhancement for tinkered items. Tinkered items that have been enhanced to 100% Fire/Cold DI still show up with the 70% hue.

Same with Hatchets Fire & Cold when enhanced to 100%. The one of the left has been enhanced to 100% and should look like the one on the right.
