Buff bar broken?

Hi all.

It seems my buff bar isn't working correctly. EoO won't display at all. And for every other icon, there is no hover over function. Usually if you hover the icon it should show the properties of that buff. It doesn't work for me. I really need it working for chivalry optimization.

Anyone know a fix for this?
