Broker?

Hi All
Thinking that it might be time to find a castle to buy

Doubt I'll be lucky enough to find a seller who is well known enough to 'trust' and so I suppose I will need to find a broker.
2 questions...Any suggestion as to who is well respected and trusted to handle this and an idea of what they will charge for their service.

Any help apprecited, in all my years I've not done an over 100mil purchase before.

As long as you find a seller on your own, depending on the type of trade, I don't charge anything.

For convenience of sale i can take 3 forged metal of artifacts(10 uses) and 100m for this castle.

Thank you for those names, at least transfering the money won't be a problem.

Wonder how long it's going to take for me to find THE castle (rather than A castle) (Tram/Grass/etc...)

Yes thank you..Perfect location for me, couple screens from Ice Dungeon, water on 2 sides, open space at front, no spawn,,,Bliss and purchased from a trustworthy vet, so no probs there!
