*paper boys are running along the streets, crying out the headlines and selling a special edition of the Trinsic Beacon*

Dear readers, we have the sad duty to inform you that the missing gargoyle Quaeven, who has become a fast and dear friend to many of us in Trinsic, has been found dead in the early hours of the morning. What is worse is that he seems to have been murdered in a most gruesome and monstrous way.

While seeking more information on the matter we encountered Governor Aryala, who confirmed that a crime had taken place and that the investigations are under way. According to her, a task force has been established under the lead of Commander Luther. Given the unusual circumstances as well as the importance of the investigations Lady Aryala allowed the involvement of the general public into the matter.

In order to support the investigation the Trinsic City Watch is calling upon all able bodied investigators to help solve this murder and to bring the criminals to justice. If you wish to help, seek Commander Luther in the Rosewood Monastery, just west of the Trinsic moongate. The gargish community has offered a reward for the investigators. In addition, reports will be forwarded to Sir Dupre, who is in charge of the investigations in Trinsic.

The Beacon will report about the findings as soon as they become available.

OOC: Find the Commander just a screen or two west of the Trinsic Moongate inside one of the player owned houses. Ask him about the 'investigation' in order to get started. Please be advised that we had to rely on the standard barkeepers, which are somewhat silly. Do not put code words into longer lines as they might not be recognised. Stand next to the barkeepers so they can hear you. If you are stuck, look for one of our characters that will be arround to help you out. Also: feel free to post even partial reports, you never know if it counts for something later on *hint hint*

OOC : Had a look at this one - even though I am terrible at 'keyword' style mysteries - and it's certainly an intriguing one! Nice use of several player houses and barkeeps/stewards too, and setting up a very nasty 'villain' or conspiracy. An in-character 'report of discoveries' from my incompetent detective will follow soon.....
