RULES
- The first meeting will not have any matches, but will be a REGISTRATION for all interested UO Players (of any shard). Emails must be submitted for coordination purposes.

- Only UNIQUE pair ups count towards the final tally for season winners. Meaning you cannot go up against the same player (or any of their characters) more than once for it to count as an UNIQUE win.

- Members should pre-arrange their battles prior to the day of the meet and ensure they are UNIQUE match up. A full members list will be provided by the SECOND meeting.

- Club times run from 8 PM EST to 11 PM EST. Matches start at 8:30 PM EST, any matches after call time will be reserved for the next club meeting.

- December will have the final club meeting plus a "Awards Ceremony" where prizes will be awarded to the winners.

RATINGS/RANKINGS
- We will be using the ranking system for the World Federation of Chess, aka FIDE, for the ranking system here. Their ranking system is the Elo Rating System.

- If you are a FIDE rated player, please let us know ASAP as we will be trying to match you with equally ranked FIDE players. We know folks take their chess seriously, but remember that this is just for fun and challenge! If you want a challenge, play against the masters! :)

- FIDE ranked players should email me: a) Their characters names (on Catskills), b) their ICQ #'s, c) their FIDE rank, and d) what acceptable rankings they'd like to be matched up with!
