Nope.

It's the ultimate jewel for a ninja (IMO), but isn't worth much for someone who leeches back to 100% life every 1.25 sec anyway. You're better off with a HCI/DCI/LMC bracelet with some stat mods.

Id have to agree, nice training bracelet and good for a thief but not for combat.
