i am getting a aprice check for a friend dunno if he selling them he just wants a rough idea on price

It isn't the top of the top tier but it is definitely high up there:

Positives: No wasted mods, 10 Stam, 9 stats besides stamina. Has lmc which is important and has MR which is also a desired mod. Also its bone arms which are just cool. Obviously its a legendary with all resist slots filled.
Negatives: No eater and mana increase could be higher.

I'd estimate the value in the hundreds of millions.

really no way to know without putting it up for auction. ive bought pieces like these for 30 mil off a vendor or they can go sky high at auction. id say a "basic" pricecheck would be 150mil
